These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ACT Now Education's provided resources, including but not limited to orientation registration codes, access to the ACT Now Education Facebook group, and vouchers for certifications or giveaways. By accessing and using these resources, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when applying for ACT Now Education resources, including but not limited to your name, contact information, and any other details requested. Impersonating others or using fake information is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibition of Spoofing and Phishing

You shall not engage in any activity related to spoofing emails or engaging in phishing attempts associated with ACT Now Education. This includes, but is not limited to, sending misleading or deceptive emails or other communications that may harm or deceive other participants or ACT Now Education itself.

3. Unauthorized Distribution of Orientation Registration Codes

Orientation registration codes provided by ACT Now Education are for personal use and should not be shared or distributed without prior authorization. Sharing these codes without proper consent may result in the termination of your access to ACT Now Education resources.

4. Nefarious Actions and Banning

ACT Now Education reserves the right to take action against any user found engaging in nefarious activities or violating these Terms. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, banning you from future ACT Now Education programs, removing your access to ACT Now Education's Facebook group, and reporting the issue to the originating organization for additional penalties.

5. Use It or Lose It Policy

In accordance with our "Use It or Lose It" policy, if there is no activity associated with your account within one (1) year of your initial application, your access to ACT Now Education's resources may be terminated. This policy is intended to ensure that resources are available to active and engaged participants.

6. Vouchers and Giveaways

ACT Now Education may provide vouchers for certifications or giveaways at its own expense or through donor funding. However, ACT Now Education is not obligated to provide vouchers or giveaways to individuals who are not active members of the ACT Now Education community or who fail to complete mandatory requirements set by ACT Now Education, including those established by its voluntary staff.

7. Board Member Discretion

ACT Now Education board members have the authority to remove a community member's access at their discretion if the member is uncooperative, disrespectful, or believed to be performing acts that are not in the best interest of the organization or its community. This includes but is not limited to actions that disrupt the learning environment, threaten the safety or well-being of other members, or violate these Terms.

8. Termination of Access

ACT Now Education reserves the right to terminate your access to its resources, at its discretion, if you violate these Terms or if your actions are deemed harmful or detrimental to the community or the organization.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of ACT Now Education's resources is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines the collection and use of your personal information. By using our resources, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments to Terms

ACT Now Education reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms for changes. Your continued use of ACT Now Education's resources following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
