You must meet one of the following criteria and complete the steps below to enroll:

Transitioning Service Member (3 months or Less)
A Veteran
Spouse of an Active Duty Military member
Veteran Military Spouse
Reservist
National Guard

You must meet one of the following criteria.

Attended an Orientation (Orientations are held every Saturday 1 PM EST) to receive the code to register
